Sales and Marketing Retail Category. Leading a team of 22 colleagues in Egypt Retail Market

Main Responsibilities:•Marketing of the Neuroscience products ; 3 anti-depressants, anti-psychotic and Alzheimer medication.•Develop long and short-term business and marketing plans for major products to meet share volume and profit objectives.•Plan and control marketing expenditure within agreed budgets and recommend action to correct any variance from the plan.•Manage and monitor through marketing activities the development and implementation of pre-marketing and pro-marketing plans, consistence with the local business strategy, to meet agreed budget.•Identify long term opportunities within the market place and prepare plans to develop, test and launch new line extensions to exploit them and develops profit awareness of given products within the organization and monitors the product mix options, recommending alternations in pricing/product mix as necessary.•Build and maintain strong relations with key opinion-leaders at a country level and regional level and ensure regular visits and presence in symposia/congresses/meetings.•Train and motivate sales professionals on products and assist to manage sales management in achieving targets.

Main Responsibilities:•Identify growth opportunities, under supervision develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for Lyrica•Develop sales projections to ensure proper planning to meet the anticipated needs of the market place and achievement of profit plans.•In consultation with the Direct Manager establish budgets, budget mix and monitor marketing expenditures and the ROI of different programs.•Under direct supervision develop advertising and promotional materials & programs for Lyrica•Participate actively in local / international meetings, seminars and programs related to Pain Management•Review allocation of sales efforts for the different Pain products, and develop a detailed plan of action for each sales cycle to be presented to the direct manager.•Initiate and maintain appropriate linkage between different groups for the benefit of the company’s products including registration, medical, sales, distribution, finance, .etc.•Establish and maintain positive relationships with all relevant key personnel and opinion leaders and public and MOH officials for the benefits of his products & company’s goals achievement as well •Lead efforts to understand and address countries’ opportunities and challenges concerning the brand•Establish effective peer relationships and strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.•Build trust among team members and broader stakeholders by setting a highly visible example for colleagues within the team and countries in terms of professional excellence
