o Work as SPOC for VIP Huawei Customers to guarantee service delivery within SLA and with high QoS.o Communicate clearly the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholderso Support Huawei H/W Blade & Rack Servers (ATAE/E9000/RHxxx)o Support Huawei storage types low/mid/high range (integration, expansion, alarm handling)o All issues related to storage arrays controllers/RAID configuration/LUNs/disks management.o OS related issues (SUSE, RHEL), OS installation and administrations.o Support customer to integrate the servers in Huawei monitoring systems (Esight).

I am part of TE Data's Data Center team. The team responsible for managing monitoring and operating all data centers services provided by TE Data.Main activities & responsibilities:. To install, configure, and administer various systems ( LINUX, Microsoft).· Second line of support regarding TE Data’s solution and scheduled jobs.· To recommend continuous improvements of TE Data solutions.· To provide problems reporting.· To monitor and ensure optimal performance of data center facility.· To use strong troubleshooting skills in isolating and solving problems.

Solve all ADSL customer inquiries regarding ADSL Service that escalated by first level support, handle second level support outbound calls regarding all technical Problems, Domain, Mails, Hosting, Family, Option Pack and IPTV] with maximum level of professionalism and integrity. Also to support new Services and Solution development and management processes as required.
