• Reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer at Ipsos Operations MENA• Developing and implementing the CATI system and experience across the MENA Region• Managing the CATI centers across the offices allocated in the MENA region

• Reporting to the Operation Business Units Director• Responsible for running and managing all the CATI local studies• Responsible for creating and managing CATI Offshore unit, which running all the CATI studies in the MENA region from Egypt• Costing all the local and offshore budgets• Finding the updated CATI technology solution, which increase our capacity and capability with lower cost• Reviews and recommends solutions on CATI operations with other concerned parties, if appropriate, to enhance departmental efficiency• Coordinates with business units regarding project specifications / timetable and other concerns to ensure a workable project plan is compiled for all parties• Creating and managing the manpower resources to ensure efficient allocation of human resources for different projects and future need

Formulates and implements local DP policies, procedures and guidelines in line with Group DP initiativesReviews and recommends solutions on DP operations with other concerned parties, if appropriate, to enhance departmental efficiencyPlans, manages and monitors DP operation in general to ensure projects are properly run and deadlines are metCoordinates with research / field department regarding project specifications / timetable and other concerns to ensure a workable project plan is compiled for all partiesAttends Traffic meetings with project heads to discuss progress and problems regarding project and recommend/follow up actions on DP issuesLeads and supervises DP team leaders regarding project implementationPlans and manages the manpower resources to ensure efficient allocation of human resources for different projects and future needPlans and delivers the training of advanced DP skills and techniques to staff and evaluates the effectiveness to ensure they have the required skills for present duties and future challengesEvaluates the performance of team members and formulates improvement plan for non- performers to ensure quality individual and departmental performanceConsult on DP year-budget on manpower resources and training plans with operations manager for approval and be responsible for the implementationEstimates DP jobs cost for quotation and reference purposeLiaises, deals and shares with other DP managers in the group for assistance and supportAssists Group DP in testing new program / software and providing on-job support
