My Role as Presales and Business Development Manager is to handle Engage and Monetize Digital Business offers in the Middle East and Africa region in terms of the following :- Drive end-to-end technical offers for simple and complex deals in MEA region - Presales lead for BSS offers. Leading product presales team to ensure documents quality and addressing customer requirements in terms of RFP answering, E2E Solution description and E2E BoQ - Translate customer functional/non-functional requirements into technology solutions and involve the required presales teams for different products (i.e Charging, Policy, Commercial order management, Service order management, Mediation, campaign management, Product catalogue, Billing, CRM ) - Support account managers with Qualification of opportunities at G2 and Bid/No Bid at G3- For mono-domain deals (and multi-domain), own the technical offer strategy and collaterals [Technical Solution Orchestration across products and services]. Responsible for the TSD (Technical solution description), dimensioning of the solution, BoQs . Accountable for the quality of the technical customer collaterals (RFP, TSD, SOW, BoQs, etc.). - Lead activities like Demos/Workshops from a technical perspective and own the scope definition including commercial trials to lead to successful technical closure - Support account managers in customer negotiations and closure of the deals- Work collaboratively with the product team, keeping up to date with new developments on products. Participate in the Domain virtual community- Participate in technical discussions with other Nokia Business Groups and 3rd parties to define E2E solution required by customers. - Lead discussions on technical requirements and resolve gaps with Product Managers and System Engineers to ensure customer features/roadmap commitments can be met, during pre-sales engagements.

Responsibility:- Lead technical team (10 members) to support Vodafone Qatar for all IN Charging- Surepay related activities ( i.e: upgrade , integration , new tariff design and E2E IT projects )- Build new delivery modules to support VFQ business to speed up business and marketing like delivery l( i.e. Xpress Release delivery Vehicle to speed up the delivery of new business Products )- Mange Project Rapid Release delivery vehicles in terms of Feasibility, timelines, resources and cost.- Work closely with Customer Project manager to amend the delivery plan according to business expectation , Risks and dependencies - Drive delivery process improvements.- Work closely to solution architects to be sure the solution will be aligned with business requirements.- Follow up with R&D and presales for new SW delivery - Follow up with R&D and BO for design gaps and agree on resolution steps- Follow up with R&D and BO for design gaps and agree on resolution strategy. - Follow up with Surepay business unit for features enhancement plan and bugs resolution.
