• Responsible for all Logistics procedures (Import & Export).• Open L/C and reviewing L/C opened for export shipments. • Confirming booking to the required port (after negotiation the sea rate with shipping forwarding companies). • Working with Alpha system. • Prepare all the required documents for implementing the export process.• Make sure of loading process. • Sending the pre-shipping advice to the client including all the details to inform him with the shipping status.• Sending the Shipping confirmation with copy of all the shipping documents enclosed with AWB copy to facilities track the shipment. • Dispatching original documents for customers in accordance with their payment terms.• Developing Monthly reports for management and sales team with lead times for document issuance, confirmation and dispatch.

• Prospect new clients through sales activities.• Maintain current clients through continuous communication and follow up.• Maintain a database mailing list of clients that should be updated on a regular basis.• Coach and develop sales team.• Coordinate sales efforts with sales managers. • Responsible for day-to-day operations and contribution to profitability for sales team.

• Daily correspondence with Export customers in all matters relating to documentary credits.• Managing issuance and revision for all Export documents and liaising with the sales team across all information passed to the customers/• Dispatching original documents for customers in accordance with their payment terms.• Developing Monthly reports for management and sales team with lead times for document issuance, confirmation and dispatch.
