Job Duties:- Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web pages.- Review designs created by web designers, ask any necessary clarifying questions before starting on work.- Write code to implement visual elements into various web applications- Create prototypes, mock ups, and staging sites for review and feedback- Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements- Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems- Work in multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as back-end developers and web designers.- Optimize our web applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company websites render well across multiple devices.- Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs- Always stay consistent with our brand guidelines - Get feedback from users and customers.- Make suggestions for better solutions to problems.- Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies.- Meet tight deadlines as required.

- Setting the creative direction and style guide for web and mobile products- Creating information architecture and user interaction wireframes for web features and mobile apps/responsive web.- Presenting design concepts to the executive team and articulate design principles and choices- Working closely with the product manager to produce pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile features/stories that are ready for development- Helping write user stories- Helping review UI implementation and work with front-end engineers to make adjustment before each release Designing banners, landing pages or print materials as needed by domain marketing

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasVisualize, own and execute the creation of an experience from initial concept to collaborating with developers on implementation.Create cross-browser and cross-platform compatible design.Follow brand guide-lines on website creation.Manage Cross Browsers issues "trouble-shooting and resolution."Supervise and improve customer experience in website utilization.meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software developments developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including html, css and others.producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
