1. Monitor the systems’ functioning and network stability and take necessary measures to prevent system failure, while keeping track of deployed software. 2. Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, meet deadlines, monitoring results and quality, and relying team's request to hierarchy. 3. Coordinate activities with externals solution providers, network services or other information systems groups. 4. Provide on-site and remote support to users for problems related to the network, the operator, the software, operating systems and system hardware diagnosis.5. Configuring and administering the virtual environment including VMware & Hyper-V technologies. 6. Liaison with Regional IT for issues relating to implementing the new projects.7. Design and deploy company LANs, WANs and wireless networks, including Servers, Routers, Switches, and Wireless Controllers. 8. Train users on equipment, software and manuals, and ensure that IT policies and procedures areapplied and respected.9. Configure and administer data backup clients and servers including Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec DLO, Veeam Technology.10. Act as focal point for SAN & NAS environments, including planning, support, scheduling, and implementing changes.12. On-Call for any technical problem that may happen any time 24/7.

Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems or new projects.2. Configuring and administering the virtual environment including VMware & Hyper-V technologies.3. Configure and administer data backup clients and servers including Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec DLO, Veeam Technology.4. Provide users with assistance solving computer related problem or any system functionality problems with direct or in direct contact , phone calls or emails 5. Design and deploy company LANs, WANs and wireless networks, including Servers, Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers and other hardware.6. Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage (NAS) environment. Duties include initial setup and managing CIFS/NFS server and shares.7. Act as focal point for SAN & NAS environments, including planning, support, scheduling, and implementing changes.Servers, including database, email, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.8. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.9. Liaison with Regional IT for issues relating to the network.10. Configure Cisco Routers, switches, firewall, Cisco IP Phones and other communication devices.11. Review and analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors and write technical reports.12. On-Call for any technical problem that may happen any time 24/7.

Act as second line of support for providing technical assistance and support for ADC Employees located in main office, branch offices and field users, on 24/7 technical service basis, with the Responsibilities of administration a windows server 2003 environment (DNS –DHCB - Active Directory – WSUS) Call recording sys, Microsoft Exchange 2003 mail server and others.2. Offering End-to-end problem resolution for desktop, Laptop, Hand Held and client services.3. Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and Internet access).4. Diagnose and Troubleshoot hardware and software Issues.
