Growing up in Gampola, a rural City in Sri Lanka, I didn’t have many opportunities to play football outside school. My passion and love for football, along with the lack of opportunities in Gampola, Sri Lanka, I founded the club in 2007, naming it after the Crystal Palace Football Club in England. We started our journey by playing in the local football league for two years and now play in the national football league of Sri Lanka. We have been recognised by Crystal Palace Football Club England and continue to grow by nurturing passionate young boys in Gampola.
