Turbine Maintenance Manager for Nubaria3 combined cycle (750 MW)

1)Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (JIGCC) Package 5 (Feb.2016– Dec. 2016 ) • Construction Manager ; supervise all Electro-mechanical activities (Underground GRP pipes DN Up to 160 inches, Plumbing, Electrical)• Give technical support for the construction team to meet the contract specifications and requirement as per ARAMCO Standards.• Supervise preparation of Material take-off for electromechanical systems and revise it with project team. • Prepare weekly and daily progress reports for all Site activities.2) Saudi Arabia National Guard Housing project (SANG)(Al- Qassim) (Jan.2015 – Feb. 2016)Activates • (Area Manager); supervise all mechanical activities (HVAC, Plumbing, Sewage Treatment, and Underground Piping from installation, Testing and commissioning till operation.)• Give technical support for the construction team to meet the contract specifications and requirement.• Coordinate all installation activities with other disciplines i.e. Electrical, Civil & Architecture.• Prepare weekly progress reports for all mechanical activities.3) El-Qassim Extension III 472 MW (8* 59) gas turbines (7EA GE). (Jan. 2012 – Jan 2015)Activates • Lead Mechanical Commissioning engineer; supervise all Start-UP activities (Testing and commissioning till operation.• Give technical support for the construction team from time to time to meet the contract specifications and requirement.• Coordinate all Start-Up activities with other disciplines i.e. Electrical, I&C.• Monitor and attend all Types of NDT’s and Hydro tests and all Pumps and Motors alignments and all pipes systems Air blow-off and flushing.• Coordinate with client and Vendor technical advisor for all GT testing tasks.• Support client in Routine & Preventive Maintenance during reliability of the units and Warranty .• Support Warranty engineer in all claims related to mechanical systems from PAC to FAC.• Prepare daily and weekly reports for all mechanical Start-Up activities.

• Lead and supervise team from eight mechanical maintenance engineers and providing expertise to them. (More than 30 technician and labor reported to me). • Follow up all plant Turbines (Gas & Steam) maintenance activities on (Daily, weekly, monthly & annually) basis. • Supervising & Scheduling Mechanical Maintenance for Turbine Auxiliaries (preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling). • Preparation of spare part lists (Capitals & Consumables) and tools required for overhaul maintenance and inspection. • Supervise all activities for Combustion inspections for gas turbines and give technical advices for my crew till reoperation. • Coordinate with other departments for common maintenance activities (I & C, Electrical… Etc.) And take the remedy action. • Attend weekly troubleshooting meetings. • Follow up store management for all remaining parts from construction period. • Supervise stocktaking for all mechanical stores.

Projects : 1) Reinforcement of HAIL-2 Power Plant Project. (2*60 MW) Gas Turbines manufactured by SIEMENS Company.Activates:- • Follow up all site mechanical construction activities. • Supervise installation, Erection, Testing and commissioning of all Mechanical Systems (CTG - Auxiliaries - Fire fighting systems - Fuel oil treatment Plants -- Piping - steel structure). • Reviewing and revise all submittals as per specification and scope of work and as per site conditions before submitting to consultant for approval. • Give technical support for the design team as per site conditions and prepare proposal for any required modification. • Attend mechanical activity progress meetings and make sure that site activities are in line with project schedule. • Monitor and attend all Types of NDT’s (Non Destructive Tests). • Coordinate all mechanical activities with other disciplines i.e. Civil, Electrical, I&C. • Prepare 3 weeks schedule (Planned & Actual progress) for Mechanical Activities. 2) New Kandarah 380/110 KV BSP.Activates:- • Follow up all site mechanical construction activities. • Reviewing and revise all submittals as per specification and scope of work before submitting to consultant for approval. • Attend mechanical activity progress meetings and make sure that site activities are in line with project schedule. • Monitor and attend all Types of NDT’s (Non Destructive Tests). • Supervise installation and Testing and commissioning of all Mechanical Systems (HVAC - Fire alarm and detection - FM 200 - Over head traveling Cranes - Plumbing work - Cable trays). • Coordinate all mechanical activities with other disciplines i.e. Civil, Electrical. • Facilitate coordination of contractor's work with third parties. • Review and check As-Built drawings.

• Lead and supervise team from six mechanical engineers.• Review and evaluate bid proposals for the mechanical Subcontractors and give technical solutions and corrective action in order to quality and cost efficiency of the maintenance activities. Spare parts, manpower, technical data support.• Follow up all site mechanical construction activities for the contracts.• Reviewing and revise all submittals with the contracts.• Attend mechanical activity progress meetings and make sure that site activities are in line with project schedule.• Monitor and attend all Types of NDT’s (Non Destructive Tests) & Hydrostatic Tests.• Monitor and attend shaft alignment for CTG & STG Rotors.• Calibration of all steam turbines control valves with main contractor.• Review and approve MRR’s (Material Receiving Reports).• Review and approve contractors’ progress invoices.• Coordinate all mechanical activities (Mechanical Equipment and piping installation) with other disciplines i.e. Civil, Electrical.• Review and check As-Built drawings.

• Supervising & Scheduling Mechanical Maintenance for Turbine Auxiliaries ( preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling) for Axial Flow & centrifugal pumps, travelling screen, trash rakes, valves, overhead crane. • Leading a team of Supervisors, organizing manpower and providing process expertise to them.• Maintaining daily Maintenance report.• Preparation of spare part lists required.• Work the routine Maintenance.• Responsible of EMPAC Program, that can collect all information about the equipment of the units and prepare Preventive Maintenance and spare parts of item inventory and load the date to the computer.

• Monitoring power plant running conditions and customizing the performance of the whole circuits in order to deliver the required power to the electric network according to the central dispatch requirements.• Supervising of all operation stuff (turbines - Boilers - Control).• Writing daily report of operation in every shift.• Reporting work orders to the appropriate maintenance department.• Supervising startup and shutdown for the power station.• Do all the switchgears Maneuverings (connecting and disconnecting breakers and bus-couplers) with the Local Distribution and control Department.
