- Design & implement fully integrated marketing plan incorporating marketing, sales and technical objectives.- Monitor the satisfaction of current customers, choosing what types of events to sponsor and designing advertisements and mailings to customers- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans, agencies and suppliers- Plan and oversee the projects marketing activities and material including BTL and ATL.- Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs and projects sales kits to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.- Setting, updating & timely implementation of quarterly marketing plans of assigned project(s).- Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans- Initiate and develop new ideas & concepts that will further enhance the marketing plan.- Remain within guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistencyand level of quality and objectives are achieved.-Manage marketing and sales campaigns across multiple residential developments.-Manage all sales and marketing related project costs. Contribute to predevelopment design efforts. Ability to critique floor plans, amenities, and design a plus.-Provide market driven direction and feedback to enhance positioning and branding of newresidential projects.-Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of key marketing and salesdeliverables- Advertising campaigns, promotional events, broker outreach, buyer retention campaigns, referral programs, and social media- Marketing collateral and tools including brochures, website, stationery and signage- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis. As necessary, make actionable recommendations to enhance marketing and sales programs.- Marketing Budget Owner; responsible for updating and monitoring the whole Marketing Budget and expenses.
