Azure Cloud Management:Manage and optimize virtual machines, networks, and storage solutions.Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory (AAD).Automate processes using Azure automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI).Ensure compliance and cost optimization for cloud resources.2. Microsoft 365 Administration:Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups through Azure AD and M365 portal.Implement policies for email security, data loss prevention, and compliance.Provide end-user support for M365 tools and services.Intune and Endpoint Management:Deploy and manage mobile devices, PCs, and apps using Microsoft Intune.Implement Conditional Access policies and device compliance checks.Automate enrollment and application deployments across devices.Monitor device health, patch updates, and security policies.3. Sophos Security Management:Configure and manage Sophos firewalls, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions.Monitor security incidents and respond to threats proactively.Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans.Maintain security policies across networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.Collaboration and Documentation:Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business needs.Document procedures, policies, and configurations for future reference.Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and IT team members.
