Assistant Professor at the Islamic University of Gaza, responsible for teaching undergraduate coursework covering various areas of Geoinformatics. I have been teaching Spatial analysis and modelling, Image processing, Hydrological information systems, GIS programming, Application of GIS in environment & urban planning, and Introduction/Intermediate/Advance GIS courses for undergraduate level. Developing and implementing a customized Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel for Saudi Post Staff,The course covers the topics of data and business intiligance, using the Analysis ToolPak in Excel, using Pivot Tables & Power Queries, and designing and preparing dynamics charts.

Water Resources Management Research and Application Center (SUMER):• Innovation and team management as evidenced by leading the modelling team for 1 project utilizing spatial analysis toolsets in the context of modelling hydrology and water resources.• Design and implement 4 strategies for collection & analysis of geographic data.• Big data analysis thanks to the development of routines to analyse massive geographical information.• Develop 4 geographical prototype data models and sensitive physical model reflecting the reality according to project needs.

Developing and implementing a customized GIS course using ArcGIS software for Saudi Post Staff,The course covers the topics of Vector analysis, Topology, Suitability analysis, Geo--referencing Geo--coding, and Digital Terrain Modelling analysis

I served as a GIS consultant for Wellbeing, Housing and Infrastructure in Turkey(WHIT) project. The project administrated by the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex with a partnership of Yasar University, University of Brighton, AKT II, and The Tribe Projects. the main responsibility was to develop a framework methodology to use the open-source remote sensing imageries to:1) Detect the geo-morphological change over the past 10 years in a city-scale; 2) Map the spatial patterns and geographical dispersion over time of farm camps in the periurban area, at city scales; and3) Identify, analyze results and interpret patterns using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

My duties within the project are:• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Help prepare budgets. • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all NGOs, INGOs and, participants. • Responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from Turkish to Arabic (or vice versa) to facilitate effective communication between the Turkish and Syrian sides.

I was responsible for:• Developing both the Prototype and the physical model using Remote Sensing & GIS techniques to reflect the geographical characteristics of the Dam region.• Employing the capabilities of image process and segmentation algorithm to count and locate the trees in the downstream area of the dam.• Prepare research reports, journal articles, and other scientific manuscripts.

My responsibilities as a Mapping supervisor and training Specialist were:• Assist in designing data products and establishing partnerships to integrate OSM and (open) geospatial data into pre-existing data sources and platforms.• Support the Mapping and Outreach Coordinator and Country Manager in organizing and facilitating OSM training, workshops, and awareness sessions for local community centres and refugee populations.3- Engage, train, and directly manage a team of interns.• developed training material and provide training for new mappers in the scope of OSM technical issues.• Support the design of the project’s monitoring and evaluation system.• Manage the monitoring and the evaluation of the database and ensure indicators are captured.• Ensure data is curated and stored in data registries and libraries in accordance with standards.

During my work at ALMADINA-Consultants for Environmental Management and Urban Planning. as a Project Engineer, I engaged in the following projects:1- Comprehensive Plan for Heavy Metals Monitoring in Gaza strip, Palestine and Training.2- Planning, Feasibility Study and Detailed Design for the Regional Solid Waste Landfills in the GazaStrip.3- Master Plan for Wastewater reuse in Palestine.4- Environmental Training Seminars for Coastal Municipalities Water Utility.

I worked as a Turkish – Arabic Translator for the Medical Park hospital in Izmir, my duties were to facilitate the communication between the Patients and medical Stuff during the treatment process.

I worked as structural engineering, where I responsible for:• Preparing reports, designs and drawings, making calculations about loads and stresses.• Providing technical advice, obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval; and• Liaising with relevant professional staff, monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.

I worked at the University of Palestine, Department of Civil Engineering – GIS & Geomatics, as a Research & Teaching assistant my duties were:• Evaluates student performance, including grading exams, quizzes, assignments, and papers. • Meets with course instructor and assists in determining grading criteria. • Tracks and records individual and overall course grades in multiple formats, including but not limited to entering grade results in spreadsheets or on the online UPINAR system.• Tracks and records student class attendance and maintains weekly office hours to communicate in person with students as needed. • Receive and promptly responds to student inquiries regarding grades, assignments, attendance, and course material. • Plans, schedules, and facilitates review sessions for exams as requested by the course instructor.• Demonstrates respect to and cooperation with the course instructor inside and outside of the classroom.

My duties were developing the training materials in the field of GIS and then conduct:• A 24-hour advance training in 3D analysis and network analysis. • A 24-hour training in the principle of GIS terminology, uses, and application (demonstrate a case study) two groups one of them as the principle of GIS and the other group trained for advance using of GIS.
