1-Considerable experience in the preparation and delivery of architectural assessments and coordination for approvals facilitating the interests of clients, stakeholders, regulators, and other government agencies while ensuring that project-related architectural concerns are identified and addressed.2-Examine all the presentation of plans to local authorities and apply the enhancement process to enhance relations between other internal sections and all local authorities to improve response time from authorities.3-Develop relationships and hold regular meetings with key permit users to the project to ensure all necessary permits for delivery of construction works are in place and creating a strong relationship based on trust and responsibility between authorities and the organization.4-Managing client relationships and maintaining regular client contact to solicit feedback on project performance and taking appropriate actions to remedy perceived deficiencies.5-Assist in the supervision duties on-site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when the necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same.6-Assists in internship training and knowledge transfer to new employees to maximize their performance. 7-Assigning work, delegating tasks, assign responsibilities, providing leadership, mentoring and support to the project team 8-Working closely with the project team and customers to ensure that commitments and deadlines are met9-Maintains a continuing business relationship with clients as part of ongoing business development efforts10-Manages the day-to-day activities of project engagements including Clients and Project Teams
