Working as a Site Engineer on various projects as listed below, the activities involved are  Collect the plan from Project Manager and distribute plan to worker. Distributing the installation work among the workers and supervising the progress on daily basis.  Good knowledge in installation of all HVAC & Fire fighting equipments (Chiller, AHU, FCU ,DX units, Fire pump) To handle the piping connection of all mechanical equipments (Refrigerant, chilled water & Sprinkler pipe) Dealing with architect & client for free flowing of work. Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, specification and work plan. Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and waste. Maintaining daily work progress report & Complete the job on time without delayed.Working as a Maintenance Engineer on various buildings, the activities involved are  Directing Men & Materials for all type of maintenance works in HVAC & Fire fighting. Coordinating with Technicians, Subcontractors, Administration, and Purchase department for maintenance works. Receiving complaints calls from the customers and following up with technicians for quick troubleshooting.  Preparing a comprehensive PPM schedule of all the mechanical equipments and monitoring the same throughout the year. Submitting all the reactive maintenance & preventive maintenance reports to department head.
