 Responsible for issuing a measurement s at various cities based on the population density in order to issue the required theoretical points to solve the lack of coverage at certain governorates, rotating from a governorate to another in order to maximize our estimated company’s revenue the best way possible  Responsible for Locating nominal planes for new site and issuing D1s on orange tool (Omnix) .  Following up status of sites with the production team to achieve targets set by the top management.  Issuing draft visits with the production transmission teams in order to check whether their potentials are matching our objective or not and cascade topologies as well in order to grant them proceeding with their acquisition &construction cycle  Handling sites design with different entities to ensure the sites are covering the specific spots where they erected for. Issuing a periodic health check for sites from time to another in order to check them from different perspectives like coverage, NTRA protocol, blockage…..etc.  Revising the site KPIs, Levels for 2G, 3G, 4G during the integration cycle. Issuing D4Cs for new sectors project to offload traffic at a specific spots and sharing project as well. Issuing a various WOs regarding different projects as 3G(U900),LTE ,LTE MIMO 4*4 on 1800 band, 3G power upgrade ,Ran sharing with ETS. Handling complaint with the customers in order to check all possible solutions to enhance the coverage at their complaint zone starting from surrounding sites and ending with sending repeater, PICOs , indoor if needed with the relevant teams.

 Responsible of deploying mobile telecom sites at a certain governorates, rotating from a governorate to another. Supervising work done by contractors and consultants. Following up status of sites, contractors’ performance, achieving targets set by the top mgmt., recommending contractors according to certain applied regulations and statistics. Ensuring corporation is applied between different teams as well as acting as a liaison with other depts. Site Survey, following design constraints and objectives.  Arranging draft visits with the Radio & Transmission engineers at chosen the candidates. Revising civil consultant reports and the validation & supervision certificates. Following up with the acquisition specialist or acquisition company finalizing the lease and the permits required from the governmental and local authorities. Arranging with the contractor the “Open Field”, determining the required materials, the paths used, finishing dates …etc. Ensuring work done is according to technical Specifications and Environmental Protocols. Following up with all suppliers and their sub companies, the delivery of the pieces of equipment. Solving technical or non-technical problems (if occurred) during commissioning or integrating, in order to put the sites On Air. Site acceptance & handling it over to the Operation & Maintenance Dept. Revising and approving/ rejecting the quotations and quantities. Preparing the Site File, which includes all the documents, pictures before and after ,during my site visits, a copy of the contracts, leases, permits, quotations , signed acceptance checklists, maintenance acceptance, transmission survey reports, NTRA validation certificate, radio design…..etc

 Worked as a technical support Engineer for Huawei equipment’s of Vodafone Swap Project. Troubling-shooting with OMC and NOC till handling & swapping the E1s from Ericson to Huawei.

 Worked as a surveyor who is responsible for searching about suitable candidates that matching with the proposed theoretical locations of Mobinil, taking panoramic photos and finalize the required sheets. Worked as a sweep tester at installation department and clear the VSWR problem if found. Worked as site engineer for Mobinil mobile towers in both of construction and installation department. Responsible for finalizing the technical files for the new sites to deliver them to the concern responsible engineer from Mobinil.
