The Sales Excellence role identifies areas for improvement againstthe Segment priorities, driving execution excellence within theArea. My role focus on two different priorities the Area's SalesPerformance and forecast and the Enterprise AgreementRenewals, whereby I provide regular insights around theperformance, blockers, and help needed to reach results within theregions in the Middle East & Africa.• Responsible for preparing the Deal tracker report which includes all deal actions and changes happen on live actions on daily basis. • Work closely with MEA HQ Sales Excellence Lead and Finance Team, to provide them with daily status of month forecast and sales performance.• Prepare reports on Deal Based Forecast and Variances to Forecast and Budget.• Organize monthly rhythms with the Sales Excellence leads andLicensing Specialists in subsidiaries to discuss the status of theEnterprise Agreements Renewals.• Ensure the proper reflection of the renewals in the tools, whileescalating any issues to the Business Sales Operations team tohandle.• Provide insights and analytics on the main KPIs for the EnterpriseAgreements Renewals.• Provide feedback, insights, and follow-up on the targets andforecasts submitted in 0365 Customer Adds to the MEAmanagement and Sales Excellence Leads in the regions.• Create Power BI dashboards that provide a comprehensive view.

Responsible and Capable for analysing , monitor , validating and editing one of core sales reports on daily , weekly , monthly , quarterly basis to send it internally and externally to the region to support in making right calls. preparing coverage plans to track our new channels to follow the growth and the declining for our sales , actual vs budget reports , actual vs actual spya to track growth or declining , adhocs from sales team
