 Review and approve Maintenance facilitation tasks to support the planned maintenance execution.  Produce detailed Man-hours estimate report for each input ensuring correctness and accuracy to support the workflow and manpower planning process. Develop a detailed daily workload plan & analyses with concerned production teams to ensure effective workload balancing & minimum GT is identified & planned for each maintenance input. Performs evaluation for station capability & evaluate tasks planning consisting of SRTs, SBs & ADs for checking required material, tools, equipment, hangar, manpower. Provide daily reports to highlight the check or workload progress in terms of wo/tasks and manpower. Ensure that any threat or lag in the progress of the workload is highlighted in time. Manage all materials & tools that need to be available for the planned tasks (preload materials & tools) & Co-Ordination with 3rd Parties such as workshops or GSE to alert them that work will be assigned to them Manage the work package closure auditing process to ensure the team is following the auditing standards procedure and ensure the work packages closure are done as agreed. Act as key focal for all planning issues between operations and the operators and keep them posted during check execution in the line maintenance with technical management presentative and other departments. Forms proposals for a revised sheet of materials for minimum stock level.

 Management of deferred defects and applying for repair interval extensions when necessary. Carry out aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks in compliance with manufacturer and safety procedures. Reports the status of assigned tasks to the direct manager and highlight any potential operational issues. Ensure prompt attendance to all allocated aircraft checks, arrival/departures with the intent to maximize the during ground time and avoid operational delays/disruptions. Forms proposals for a revised sheet of materials for minimum stock level Manage all materials & tools that need to be available for the planned tasks (preload materials & tools) & co-Ordination with 3rd Parties such as workshops or GSE to alert them that work will be assigned to them Act as key focal for all planning issues between operations and the operators and keep them posted during check execution in the line maintenance with technical management presentative and other departments.
