-Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, quality of hiring, and source of hire.-Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule-On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated-Create and maintain the employee database on the LG system (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes).-Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority….) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards-Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.-Ensure issuance of all governmental monthly and periodical payments on time.-Follow up and control the annual contracts renewal-Fulfil and support employees with the hiring & resignation documents.-Control & improve the employees filing system.-Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.-Managing the payroll & compensation process of the outsourced employees.-Manage daily attendance of outsourcing employees and make monthly attendance summary.-Responsible for managing the company's training and internship

• Involved in attending business analysis meetings as the project owner & implementer• Requirements gathering and analysis, time estimates, preparing design documentation, design reviews, development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, project planning• Designing the Payroll Structure and the Compensation processes, pay items, pay run, payment types, banks transfers, taxes, and insurance as per the countries’ labor law• Designing the processes of HR modules (Employees’ data, Organization chart structure, Time management, Leave management, Performance Appraisal, and Self-Service & Workflow)• Deliver training to clients’ employees and prepare training material(HR/Payroll End users to carry out their daily operations)• Close with end-users the monthly payroll operations until banks/cash is transferred• Helping end-users to close the annual payroll and taxes reconciliation• Applying the System as the clients’ needs• Test the system before going live and troubleshoot implementation• Communicating with all the below clients and assisting them and their teams to solve the problems they face and to improve their business
