Dr. Mohamed Eldessouki is the Founder and Director of the Digitalization Innovation Center (DigInnoCent s.r.o.), an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Liberec (Liberec, Czech Republic) and Mansoura University (Mansoura, Egypt). He is also a Scientist / Marie Skłodowska Curie Fellow at Empa - The Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology. His research interest is the Smart Materials and their implementation for health monitoring applications. His research is focused on the Scientific Computation and its applications in studying and analyzing polymeric biomaterials, nanocomposites, and fibrous structures. He contributed with books, book-chapters and research articles that are published in international journals and conferences. Dr. Eldessouki graduated from Auburn University (Auburn, AL – USA) with two Master Degrees in Chemical Engineering (CHEN) and Polymer and Fiber Engineering (PFEN). He also got his PhD degree in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from Auburn University.
