Chairman of the technical committee to prepare the unified conditions of contract (FIDIC BASED) in Jordan , Contract management ,arbitration and dispute settlement experience for construction projects. Claims and variation orders Management. Procurement agent team leader for the water and sewerage projects financed by Millennium challenge corporation (MCC) as a grant to the government of Jordan in the amount of 375 million USD . Experience with the international financing agencies like World Bank, EU, kfw (Germany), JBIC( Japan) and others with very good knowledge of their procurement and contracting guidelines. Contracts expert in Saudi contacts and procurement and tehders regulations and governmental standard contracts forms.Member of so many arbitration and dispute Settlement boards .
