Quality Control Specialist
Current- At NADEC, my designation progressed sequentially from Dairy food technologist as well as Food Microbiologistto Specialist team leader -to UHT QA /QC from silo to processing until filling verification.
- Working on lean manufacturing directives of management to minimize loss and west from process used A3tools to meters success.
- Driving safety programs & investigate near misses / incident & put in place actions to eliminate / reduce risk &provided PPE to all employees in compliance to H&S policy.
- Working along with Quality production as well as maintenance team targeting FB & FG risk worked oncompliance to all company policies relating to QMS & meeting Food Safety, GLP, GMP, 5S, HACCP, and AIBItargets.
- Monitoring daily quality inspection for each tanker, Silo, processing, as well as UHT, CIP verification, and filterinspecting under the CCP1, OPRP1, and OPRP2 under the Quality Control Plan as well as OPRP3.
- Successfully implemented 5S,TPM,TQM, at Organizational level to continuously improve capability to deliverhigh quality products and services to customers.
