Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Current- Finish servicing for Rotary Kiln’s support stations & Girth gear and welds the tire stoppers- Replace the backing seal, mechanical seal for the Cooler- Replace the Roller press crusher bearings, backing seal and O Ring for Clinker Crusher- Replace the VRM 2600 KW shell and liner , Air seal & Check the upper bearing of the separator- Replace the coal mill liner , Air seal & change the spherical and CARB bearing for roller- Modify the Apron Feeder wheels for the inlet limestone crusher increasing the rubber covering area and align the coupling between The motor and shaft- Replace Stacker & Reclaimer bearing, align the coupling between gearbox & Shaft- Adjust the bucket elevator drive gates for the preheated unit, replace the piston & pinion- Replace the worn-out Liners for the Ball Mill on shell, intermediate diaphragm & the feed head - Replace the bag filters & cage and fan shaft for the Bypass Filter- Vertical alignment between the sprocket & roller for the bucket elevator
