Handling all material technical submittal for Civil, Architectural, MEP & Low Current.

• The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.• Attend client quality management meetings.• The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives.• Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.• The coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.• Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements.• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications.• Review supplier material certificates.• Coordinate with the companies discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies.• Coordinate with management for quality improvements.• Track all nonconformance reports.• Implement the QA/QC management system at site.• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site.• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.• Participate in the site internal and external site audits.

• Ensuring that the project is done in accordance with all the approved IFC Drawings, Contract Documents, Specifications, and HSE Safety requirements.• Interpreting and executing MEP and Underground Utility related drawings.• Preparing and Collecting RFQ of materials, Technical Submittals and Technical Quarries.• Review all Mechanical (Underground Utility, MEP, Mechanical Equipment’s) system drawings and identifying the discrepancies after matching with the project codes and specification.• Review all Underground Utility, MEP, and Mechanical Equipment’s Shop Drawings and ensures its compliance with design.• Contract requirements and properly coordination with other disciplines.• Preparing and Review Mechanical method of Statements and material submittals for submission to Consultant approval.• Participation in Suppliers meetings, Materials and Machine factory tests and presentations for ensuring correct materials ordering and timely delivery to site team.• Attending Site Coordination meetings with Client, Consultant and other Construction disciplines.• To resolve site related matters and technical issues to precede the work smoothly.• Involved in the Technical & Management Supervision along with site execution.• Ensuring that the quality of work is in compliance with Contract requirements.• Review all Underground Utility, MEP, and Mechanical Equipment’s Material submittals, Method of Statements, Risk Assessment, Project Quality Plan, Lifting Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with project objective.• Making sure from the Site team that Mechanical activities are properly preceding and all quality records are established and maintained.

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.• Reviewing the projects in respect to estimation, procurement, quality, facility, drawing, site execution, planning. • Assessing project requirements.• Supervise project cash flow and invoicing to client.• Supervise Project Planning and Schedule Recovery Plans. • Co-ordinate with QA Manager to maintain Project Quality Index. • Interaction with PMT on all critical approvals to expedite approval.• Interaction with vendors and subcontractors for material and equipment purchase.• Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.• Undertaking relevant research and providing technical advice.• Producing and implementing designs and test procedures.• Presenting designs to managers and clients.• Writing reports and documentation and Liaising with suppliers.

• Receives Material Requisition from site & checks for its completeness in terms of data required to procure the right material; otherwise reverts back to the site/operation to seek the proper data.• Prepares techno-commercial clear RFQ documents in line with the companies Procurement policies & Procedures.• Develops a strategy for sourcing & floats the RFQ to the specified & non specified vendors & ensure timely quotations from them.• Upon receipt of the quotation; evaluates them & prepares a techno-commercially clear Comparison sheet.• Negotiates with the Suppliers/Subcontractors in line with the hierarchy set by the management & thereafter follows for the approval of comparison sheet by the management.• Prepares PO’s in Contra Soft ERP system; monitor & follow up on pending approvals.• Ensures purchase Order submission to concerned suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure P.O. is received.• Liaise with supplier / sub-contractor for non-deliveries, quality or breached terms & conditions.• Liaise with accounts for advance payment; provide payment transfer details to foreign suppliers.• Supervise on the arrangement & provision of all required shipping documents (COO, B/L, Invoice and packing list), from foreign suppliers, for dispatch of material shipments to designated area.• Seek shipping / freight forwarding companies from supplying countries & negotiate price / fees etc.• Escalate pending deliveries to procurement manager, recommend alternative suppliers to minimize delays.• Responsible for all communication to the project team members and will provide the required procurement status reports.• Oversee all required expediting and tracking for the purchased goods and services during the entire procurement cycle.

• Execution, Inspection, Installation and Construction of all the mechanical, civil work on the site.• Monitoring construction schedule & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance and all the works of Sub-Contractor.• Testing, Erection and commissioning of potable water and Irrigation network.• Hydro Testing, Leakage Testing, Loop Testing & Pneumatic Testing for piping system.• Inspection for Construction, Installation and Pipe laying of PVC, HDPE, Clay Pipe, GRP including all of its metallic connections and fittings as per detailed drawing.• Installation, Inspection and Maintenance of GRP pipe for Strom drainage and its Gully.• Installation, Inspection and Maintenance of Manholes and Chambers as per standard and project specifications.• Execution work of sewage networks and house connections and monitoring and relocating the existing underground utilities due to obstruction.• Making RFI and coordinating with managers, consultant and clients regarding the work.• To Prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval.

• Production and design of different gasifier such as down grate gasifier, rice husk gasifier, pallet gasifier.• Research and development of gasifier in grating parts i.e. automatic grate, rotating grate.• Maintenance of gasifier by quality inspection of gases.• Sample Testing of gases produced by gasifier by chromatography.• Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
