Dealing with Field Instrument execution team, F&G, Analyzer, and DCS/PLC Control execution Team.• Initial screening of the maintenance request (SAP Notification), identifying the scope and analysis of planning.• Converting notifications into workorders in SAP and Coordinate with operation and execution team to perform weekly planning and draft scheduling for execution of day to day CM work.• Identifying and arranging resources to executed flawless activity (material, other discipline support or 3rd party contractor support or vendor support if required by execution team).• Ensuring required operation spares are available in material master as per equipment BOM for smooth operation of the plant, requesting to create required spare with all necessary technical details in case required spare of the equipment is not availability for performing maintenance activity.• Communicating with OEM for any technical advice of the installed equipment and spare related query.• Responding for technical evaluation queries related spares and obsolete materials and do physical technical inspection once spares delivered and confirm for acceptance.• Monitoring hold work orders due to spares unavailability and scheduling once spares are available.• Keep tracking the WO status till completion of the activity and ensuring the compliance of the WO.• Posting manhours in SAP workorders.• Preparing equipment master with parent FL to create equipment list in the SAP for revamp and new handed over.• Assisting to develop PM plan for the equipment baser on vendor recommendation and site execution team coordination. • Preparing material creation draft in SAP with all technical details for 2 years spare which handed over from project.• Dealing with a variety of instruments like: Fisher, Sereg, Flowserve, Valtek, KSB-AMRI, Saunders Masineilan, Klein control valves; Foxboro, Rosemount, Yokogawa, Endrees+Hauser, krohne, transmitter for level, pressure temperature, flow, analyzer, RTDs, Thermocouple; ASCO, HERION, JOUCOMATIC, BOSCHE, PARKER, SKINNER, HERMANN BERSTORFF, SUGINO MIYA Solenoid Valves; Different types Pressure, Level, Temperature Gauges, switches; PLC Modules and many more.
