Drafting a wide range of legal memorandums, statements of claims, and legal notices, as well as various legal agreements such as non-compete agreements, brokerage agreements, NDAs, and MOAs. I have been responsible for filing cases in Dubai courts and the Rental Disputes Center, attending expert sessions, and following up with the execution of judgments to ensure compliance.

As a legal associate I have been responsible for managing and overseeing legal cases filed outside of the UAE on behalf of firm clients. My experience includes drafting Settlement Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements, filing legal notices through Notary Public services, and handling the attestation of memorandum of association and Power of Attorney documents. Additionally, I have played a crucial role in supporting legal teams with various administrative and legal tasks, including filing cases, conducting due diligence and compliance activities, and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date filing system for both physical and electronic case files. I also managed a comprehensive calendar of court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, ensuring all schedules and records were meticulously updated.

As a trainee legal assistant, I was responsible for managing cases within the Dubai court system. This included writing and filing petitions to track the progress of cases. Additionally, I utilized Dubai police services to report cases of bounced cheques. My role involved ensuring the success of cases by closely monitoring their progress and following up on necessary actions.Throughout my tenure, I developed strong communication and organizational skills, allowing me to effectively manage a high volume of cases.
