•Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary•Assist in receiving all materials from suppliers•Check all materials for discrepancies and damages•Materials management according to location at store•Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against purchase order.•Inventory items according to location and store policy •Maintain standards of safety and comply with company’s Health, Safety and Environment Managementsystem requirements.• Take responsible care of own health and safety and that of others in the work place.• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality Systemrequirements.

• Receiving project materials & verification of documents, Preparation of Material Approval Sheet& carry out inspection by QA/QC, Maintaining inventory in oracle based formats, Monitoringissues of piping materials against Isometrics, Preparing balance materials list for delivery againstpurchase orders & Ensure smooth materials supply and support for the construction team,Implementing HSE policies in material handling, storage & preservation, Carryout PTW (permitto work) system during loading, unloading & de stuffing of materials at site.• Receiving foreign and local shipment as per packing order accordance of policy and terms if foundany discrepancy with the material or document then making DDN (document discrepancy note) forthat material with the picture of that shipment for insurance coverage if it is foreign shipment withinsured policy.• Always try to make good relation with management to junior store staff for good cooperation butalways try to be sure no compromise with procedure and policy of organization and stores.• Keep material as per their specific location with material classification like chemicals, adhesiveand instruments keeping under certain temperature place as per safety and materials demand.• To control warehouse operations in accordance with Company policies & procedures.• Planning and controlling all the materials as per the requirement and also well versed aboutinventory management MRP/SCM and Procurement.
