Allocate work on site with cooperation with Aramco.Monitor all plans and specifications in drawings.Prepare Purchase requests.Prepare Manpower schedules, activity overlap to meet milestones.Prepare inspection requests.Prepare Daily and weekly progress reports.Review plans and shop drawings.Review all SSRV’s.Follow up material delivery.Follow up quality testing with QC Department.Control material waste on site.Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

-Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects-Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications-Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field-Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status-Assign responsibilities and mentor project teamCooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support-Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Planning and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget• Supervising and managing a team of construction workers and delegating tasks as needed• Inspecting construction sites to ensure work is being performed in accordance with plans andspecifications, and that safety protocols are being followed• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress andaddress any concerns or issues that arise• Reviewing and approving invoices and payments for sub-contractors• Ensuring all construction work complies with local and national building codes and regulations• Handling any other tasks as assigned by management

Work in a team with other in-house Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Drafters to produce the concept, detailed design and documentation of civil and structural engineering projects.• Provide advice on design issues related to technical guidelines.• Develop design solutions using analytical techniques.• Develop design sketches via hand and AutoCAD where appropriate.• Liaise with authorities and building management, other contractors and third parties to achieveuniformity of work.• Keep fellow team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines.• Inspect or visit sites to ensure quality of work where necessary.• Produce quality reports when relevant such as site inspection and design calculation reports• .Learn and develop engineering skills.• Keep track of the financial performance of allocated work.• Archive project work, incoming information and outgoing information.• Attend and participate in meetings and training as requested.• Assist with additional duties as requested.
