- Integrate project schedule with WBS, milestones, critical path and resource loading using PRIMAVERA P6 and prepare the S-Curve.- Update the schedule monthly and recover the plan to meet the project milestones.- Conduct Interactive Planning Session with discipline leads and project manager to ensure proper logic and sequencing.- Prepare the progress template and measurement tool to calculate the earn value and progress.- Prepare weekly progress report and analyzing the disciplines performance from CPI, SPI and FTC.- Monitor the actual hours for each discipline and the project to avoid budgeting overrun.- Prepare and update weekly progress report for client showing the progress, plan and variance by discipline wise summary and detail.- Analyze scope changes for schedule and develop Re-baseline due to the change order (scope changing) or if the actual progress cannot meet baseline schedule.- Developing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedule level II & III.

- Updating daily and weekly progress to management by getting site feedback.- Using the Critical Path Method (CPM) for plan and schedule the project work progress.- Plan and schedule the project using PRIMAVERA P6.- Follow extra works to keep not impact the schedule.- Build and analyzing S-curve to monitor the actual progress versus the plan.- Making an overall schedule and update it weekly for analyzing the forecast plan to ensure the project delivery.- Prepare a recovery plan to maintain and align the actual progress to plan.

- Preparing performance report and updated weekly.- Analyze engineering drawings and construction sequences to develop detail schedule. - Keeping in contact with the project manager.- Keeping in contact with engineering, procurement, and production. - Making 4 weeks look ahead to monitor progress.- Analyzing the delay analysis report weekly.
