To manage a portfolio of high value Moneycorp Private Clients and service all aspects of trading and international payments on both a proactive and reactive basis. The role requires proactive upselling of Moneycorp services and to build lasting relationships with clients whilst looking to maximize the strike rate of all new accounts and to improve retention levels of existing clients.

Handle daily enquiries from customers and problem solving on a range of banking issues. also had sales targets and responsibilities to vet and pass leads onto the mortgage or the wealth management team.
