-Ensure complete program Implementation -Monitoring program activities-Arrange for logistics in collaboration with relevant departments-Ensure effective use of finances and human resources-Conduct Training as per requirements

 Designing, planning and implementing advocacy strategy and campaigns at district level.  Assessing and analyzing the performance of the political parties at district and provincial level. Developing research material and material related advocacy themes and issues. Providing capacity building training workshops and technical backstopping to STAEP field staff. Supporting and facilitating the processes to form networks with various stakeholders.  Regularly monitoring and reviewing progress.

• Monitor PlaCES Activities• Provide support and monitor cases of GBV, trafficking, early marriages• Develop linkages with Government and NGOs for putting in place referral mechanism• Generating periodic reports

• Monitoring Child Friendly Spaces• Identification of child protection issues• Providing technical support, capacity building and training of partners and staff on CPIE

• Program Implementation at District Level• Office Administration• Trainings of teachers and health workers • Monitoring of teachers and health works• Organizing health camps & health melas• Advocacy & Net Working with line department & CSOs• Leading emergency response at district level
