Responsibilities:• Review of Scope of Work. • Review of Plan Manpower, Equipment, and Materials other Temporary Facilities.• Provide the technical support to disciplines as per Engineering Manager’s direction, Project Engineering Plan and Schedule for execution of the engineering activities• Develop project procedures under guidance of Project Manager and Engineering Manager• Expedite all disciplines to ensure project schedule is followed• Support PM/EM to monitor and expedite change orders with discipline• Provide inter discipline coordination between disciplines for conflicting issues• Coordinating with Planning departments to completed the job as per project Schedule• Coordinating with SAPMT site superintendent and Project engineer for Technical Issues and IFC drawings for starting the respective job.• Attend different project meetings as directed by PM/EM• Coordinating of Materials SA materials Specialist to get the materials as per Contract.• Coordinating with Procurements of Materials for Long Lead and Short lead items to execute the works as per schedule.• Coordinating with Other Discipline like Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation & commissioning team.• Coordinating with Inspection departments to complete the job on time.• Coordinating with constructions Supervisor & Foreman to execute the Job.• Coordination with material department / ware house, and witness material receiving inspection and prepare damage reports, if any.• Package review and monitor the test package is in accordance with the approved procedure.
