Providing consultancy services in Personal Data Protection (PDPL) to ensure compliance across various organizations:- Assessing the current situation of organizations and offering consultancy services to develop data protection policies.- Preparing personal data protection plans in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.- Drafting policies and procedures related to personal data protection to ensure compliance.- Delivering training workshops and preparing their content to raise awareness of data protection.- Working as a consultant with organizations such as PIF, Gmedia, Awqaf, Gasco, FFM, and ELM company.

Data Management and Protection Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.- Defining organizational roles and responsibilities.- Implementing data governance frameworks.- Providing legal consultations.- Managing data protection projects.- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.- Activating plans and designing models as per National Data Management Office (NDMO) requirements.- Conducting training and raising awareness about personal data protection.- Serving on both executive and operational committees as a legal advisor and data protection officer.

The Graduate Development Program at the Public Investment Fund includes training in corporate governance, financial laws, corporate acquisitions, and other matters related to the business of the Fund and its companies.

I joined SDAIA Academy and through it, underwent a cooperative training program at the National Data Management Office (NDMO), rotating through four key departments: consulting, studies, monitoring, and compliance. During this period, I received extensive training on the Personal Data Protection Law, along with privacy and artificial intelligence.
