Started my career in Boubyan Bank as a call center agent for four months and moved Branches to start a new challenge as a customer service employee. Worked as a service ocer to gain more people and communication skills and how to handle customer requests as opening accounts, modify and update account information. Moreover, I have applied for a head teller position and dealt with cash transactions debit/credit and money transfer going to cheque transfer and deposits.
