Responsibilities:o SAUDI NATIONAL FIBER NETWORK (SNFN) is a nationwide Optical Fiber DWDM network, which is a consortium of Mobily & Salam.oMNS tools: DWDM, Photonic, USS (Unified SNFN System), EPNM, Network type: Mesh & linear service type: 10x10G-LC, 100 G-LC, 200G-LC, 400G-LC, fiber type:G521o SNFN SDH Modernization is MPLS enabled project, which is also a consortium of Mobily & Salam in which Cisco ASR 903 & 907 routers are used to build IP/MPLS backbone.oTransmission products used in this project are Cisco’s DWDM & SDH (ONS 15454 M6 & M12, ONS NCS & ONS 15600).o Provided training sessions on MPLS, IP Routing & Switching, DWDM and SDH and photonic and aggregation service routers.oDisaster recovery management during multiple Fiber Optic cable cuts, Network Elements & Power failures, outages, isolation, localize the damage point via remote test unit system, and dispatch OSP team to find the exact cut location.o Manage the international Problematic with Kuwait, Jordan, Bhrani, Iraq.oMonitor services by USS system (ERPS Log's Collector, Hardware Utilization Module Upgrade, WSON Module's, ASR Node's Uplink/Downlink, CPU Performance Monitoring Module, power levels for sections.o Highest levels of customers satisfaction learning MAC addresses, quality service, created and shifted VLAN's, historical logs.o Supported by analysis the outage, switching circuit to ( original path, stateful path), graphs snap shoot, wavelength restoration, restoration of the rings (Uplink/ downlink), conduct end-to-end testing for services by the analyzer, migration, installation, SRO activity, configure environmental alarms for 300 node's & set-up.o Schedule window for improving the power levels, replace the fibers Between the spans and cards,patch cords replacement.
