• Managing the team of 55 riders and drivers• Tracking orders status updates• Creating zones to make sure that we are delivering our orders in good timings.• Communicating with the customer service team to follow up with the customer’s cases.• Responsible of providing training and coaching sessions to the team members.• Responsible of hiring the riders/drivers.• Leading the communication with the outsourcing companies.

• Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.• Supervising and appraising staff.• Tracking all inbound and outbound material.• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.• Tracking the delivery status with drivers.• Prepare all related documents of international shipments (including Commercial Invoice & Packing List) along with Amman Chamber.• Meet warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information and delivery analysis.• Administering stock control, workplace health and safety standards.• Prepare reports (Weekly, Monthly).• Develop current process based on new workflow with new structure of the department.• Quality check of the material before sending to the customer.• Apply FIFO definition on receiving, sorting items and OFD items (Expiry Date).• Monitoring the minimum stock and near to be expired material (Maintain Warehouse Inventory).• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.• Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse (Delivery Schedule).• Coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.

• Responsible for all the Receiving aspects on the site such as receivable purchase order• Allocate the task to team members• Setting the priorities for the purchase order for receiving in system• Timely Manage the discrepancy items and update them on system• Location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing• Also in charge of the accuracy of all data kept on the receiving and shipment of stock.• Prepare report of total items received during the shift• Prepare report for pending items on floor• Provide help to other departments in case of work load
