During my time at Avanceon as a Control Systems Engineer, I embarked on a journey marked by technical innovation and professional growth. Collaborating with a dynamic team, I had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that showcased the broad impact of control systems in different sectors. I had the opportunity to work on a significant project for Etihad Rails, focusing on the automation of tunnel infrastructure using FactoryTalk by Rockwell Automation. This project posed unique challenges that pushed me to expand my horizons and apply my expertise in novel ways. From designing intricate control logic to ensuring seamless integration of PLC and HMI systems within the tunnel environment, I was deeply involved in every phase of the project.Other such noteworthy projects involved the design and implementation of control systems for industrial waste and roadside sewage water treatment plants using SIEMENS TIA Portal & Step7/PCS7 DCS. This undertaking required a comprehensive understanding of complex processes and stringent environmental regulations. From developing advanced algorithms for optimal treatment processes to integrating SCADA & HMI systems that provided real-time monitoring and control, I was deeply engaged in creating solutions that not only met operational efficiency goals but also upheld environmental sustainability standards.
