Key responsibilities: I am leading the finance & Accounts team consisting of 7 members. As ateam leader, I am responsible for the following activities –=> Financial Accounting & Costing :  Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial reporting as per applicable laws, whichincludes monthly financial statements and dashboards, annual financial statements(actual, Tax & Vat purpose) and other management reports.  Design and apply financial and management level analysis, assist in the product pricingand MIS to continuously improve excellence.  Planning and execution of the Tax & VAT management system with a properunderstanding of the business nature of the company so that the company can be tax-efficientand tax compliant. To perform project feasibility analysis. => Treasury Management :  Communication & Coordination with different banks, NBFI and financing companies toensure effective working capital management.  Liaison with banks, insurance companies, external audit firms, financial institutions,different govt. offices, NBR and local authorities to settle the matter on business policies, new investment plans, new credit facilities etc. Setting monthly and quarterly effective fund planning, aligned with the strategic business plan to ensure competitive advantage and business growth. =>Budgeting & Controlling :  Ensure preparation of annual business plan (ABP) & bridge analysis for budget variances Investigate operational and financial results and make recommendations to management  Reviewing and updating financial policies, procedures and risk mitigation tools, ensuringproper implementation & function of the process.  To advise on financial due diligence.Achievements :  Successfully incorporated two new financial partners with 2,400 million credit facilities. Product cost optimization team member in RL (cost savings of 7.8 million per year)  Worked for ERP software (IFS) second phase development’s core team member.

Key responsibilities : I was entrusted with the following responsibilities- Treasury management includes regular banking, fund management and arranging new facilities from the banks to run the operation smoothly.  Checking and maintaining day-to-day transactions in ERP (IFS) in convergence with international accounting standards, international standards on auditing, income tax ordinance and VAT act. Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of suppliers' payments as per contract and company policy.Achievements :  Reduced finance costs by 08 million by ensuring optimum utilization of funds. Implemented documents pathway tracking system to ensure on-time suppliers’ payment.

Key responsibilities: I was entrusted with the following responsibilities- Preparing and maintaining the books of accounts in Tally software. Checking of vendors invoice/bill and arrange payment as per contract and company policy Preparing financial proposals & accounts for Bank financing. Checking monthly Salary Sheet, OT Sheet and Festival Bonus Sheet of all employees. Preparing monthly budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. To perform project feasibility analysis. Preparing VAT return, WHT return and financial statements with all supporting documents To conduct the fraud investigation. Physical verification of inventory. Maintaining fixed asset register. Achievements:  Revamped the accounting system, which increased the efficiency of the department. Developed format for comprehensive reports, abstracts, and charts to present data.

Key responsibilities: I was entrusted with the following responsibilities- To plan and conduct the statutory audits and also assist in the identification of weakness in the control system and recommend remedial measures to ensure transparency. To Prepare Financial Statements, Management Report in accordance with BAS, BFRS and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
