- Oversees the development of programs and/or models that evaluate the organization's liability strategy over mobile banking.- Study the deposits portfolio enhancement / decline and the reason behind that.- Monitors and reports on interest rate risk and liquidity risk.- Implementing liabilities strategy (gapping) that optimizes the bank’s return, in accordance with the ALCO’s guidelines/ recommendations.- Create and develop campaigns to enhance the liability portfolio.- Mange and develop safety deposit boxes over mobile banking.

- Install, implement and activate new e channels projects.- Monitor the functionality of the e channels, and their efficiency to ensure the control of any technical issues that could cause service sudden termination.- Early reporting of any problems related to electronic channels to avoid any service issues.- Follow up on technical issues with the service provider.- Supporting existing projects.- Market scanning for the new services.- Setup the new ATM machines with the banks and ensure all parameters are set correctly.- Follow up on banks' requests related to ATMs.- Study client’s behavior to the best UI/UX that could be provided.- Study the client’s needs for the services that maybe provided over channels.
