• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. • Weekly safety walks through with client and Site Manger.• Comply with applicable rules and regulations and liaise with statutory authorities.• Liaising with subcontractor’s PM to resolve HSE issues on sites.• Carrying out on site inspection.• Investigating and reporting to the company management, and causing to be investigated and reported to the Site and /or Corporate HSE manager the circumstances of any accident, or dangerous occurrence in the industrial undertaking and making recommendations to the company to prevent similar accidents or dangerous occurrences.• Reporting, Investigation and documentation of all near misses, incidents and accidents.• To ensure that the company safety policy and project plan is working at ground.• Daily inspection of the site followed by preparation of site HSE inspection Report.• Manage and update the Incident Database and Action Items Registry. • To assist the company in complying with current health and Safety legislation and or regulation with objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learns, staff and visitors.• To investigate and report all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to employees and/or visitors to appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to company vehicle and property.• To conduct weekly Safety toolbox meeting.• Conduct regular inspection of fire protection equipment to assure its proper placement and operational reliability.• To monitor critical lifting activities to ensure compliance to the lift plan.• Monitor and maintain records of Critical HSE Equipment.

• To develop, implement and monitor company Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedures.• Investigating and reporting to the company management, and causing to be investigated and reported to the Site and /or Corporate HSE manager the circumstances of any accident, or dangerous occurrence in the industrial undertaking and making recommendations to the company to prevent similar accidents or dangerous occurrences.• Manage and update the Incident Database and Action Items Registry. • Assist the Construction Manager on client coordination meetings. • Participate in HSE coordination meetings. • Review and update Safe Work and Safety Management procedures.• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance planning of Emergency Equipment.• Organize and train Emergency Rescue and Fire fighting Teams.• Participate in HSE and client coordination meetings.• Review and update Safe Work and Safety Management procedures.• Conduct regular HSE Inspections and Walkthrough. • Performing daily site inspection to ensure safe system of work to be met.• Continuous monitoring for accumulation of hazardous/toxic atmosphere must be performed.• To ensure proactive and active monitoring system is working at site.• To ensure that the company safety policy and project plan is working at ground.• Reporting, Investigation and documentation of all near misses, incidents and accidents.• Ensure that plant/machinery equipment safety usage instruction are displayed and followed by users.• Ensure to provide suitable and sufficient PPE to work force according to activity.• To ensure that all kind of permit system is implemented for develop the safe system of work.• To arrange initiative and motivation program among workforce to develop the HSE culture at site.• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.• Conduct safety and first aid meeting with all supervisor and foreman.• To arrange safety committee meeting and safety coordination meeting at site.
