CurrentResponsibilities & Job Assignments Include:• Implement all phases of firm global CRM initiative. Work with vendors, technical, marketing and training staff to ensure smooth and timely rollout. • Participated in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals.• Generate daily and monthly and annual sales reports.• Activating contracts by using CRM.• Support all finance issues which is belong to contract activation.• Support & solving customers issues and orders issues.• Arrange contracts documents and support all contracts related issues. • Support Audit/Quality assurances by reviewing Audit Reports to implement recommendations.
