● Responsible for supporting customer’s network worldwide for all aspects of network support starting from initial configuration to troubleshooting live networks especially during critical network down situations. ● This included on all hardware and software version of version of Cisco PIX and ASA and Cisco VPN Concentrator.● Configuration tasks included securing the network using Access Control List, NAT/PAT, static translations etc.● Responsible to providing support for Cisco CallManager 3.x and 4.x along with supporting Cisco Unity and Cisco Voice Gateways.● Responsibilities included but are not limited to installing the CallManager servers and configuring dial plan, MGCP and H323 gateway, toll bypass, configuring MOH, Conference Bridges, Active Directory integration, and troubleshoot where necessary. Cluster size anywhere from two to ten CallManager servers.● On the Unity side, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of all versions of Cisco Unity up till 4.2 with Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2K, Exchange 2K3 and Domino server. Unity traces, subscriber configuration, call handlers, configuring VMO, Cisco Viewmail, and Cisco PCA.● Configuring and troubleshooting all models and IOS versions of Cisco IOS Voice gateways for MGCP and H323 including 2600, 2800, 3600, 3700, 6608.
