I find it rewarding to help clients start a new chapter in their lives as they find the perfect property to buy, find a buyer and negotiate a deal when they sell, or help newcomers to Austin as they get settled in.Previously, I worked as an engineering manager in the semiconductor industry for more than 30 years in Austin; first for Motorola, then Cirrus Logic (Crystal Semiconductor) and Silicon Laboratories. During those years, as a negotiator in many multi-million dollar purchase and maintenance deals, I learned intricacies of contract negotiations. This enables me to leverage my technical, analytical, and financial analysis capabilities during buy and sell trabnsactions and save my clients time and money.As a Realtor, I have significant responsibility in helping my clients accurately price their properties when they sell, assist them in making good offers when they buy, and always negotiate a good deal for my clients. I make every effort to make my engagements with buyers, sellers, tenant and landlords to be professional, transparent and positive and get the best possible deals for my clients.
