• Responsible for the growth and development of 15-20 employees • Asset and inventory management• Planning the schedules and timelines • Solid customer service knowledge and ability to build strong internal and external relations • Responsible for maintenance requests and follow them up with CMMS (Service Channel, IBM Maximo)• Responsible for emergency/urgent maintenance actions• Preparing reports and present them in facility meetings• Ordering process, inventory request and variance reporting• Employees on-boarding and off-boarding (assigning access, request token, name tags, ID cards and more)• Coordinating with warehouse and sending back defective and damaged products• Knowledgeable about HVAC, building systems, lifting machines• Leading, hiring and training team
