- Ensure the implementation of marketing strategy within the SME section- Identify existing and potential key SME Clients and define their needs- Manage SME Clients relationships in a way to achieve set targets.- Maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of other SBU’ s products and services- Identify new products and services to meet Clients requirements and needs.- Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth)- Oversee the state of the clients to ensure their solvency.- Liaise with segments to provide high quality service levels and ensure adequate turna- round times.- Collect all required documents to make a credit decision.- Implementing field visits to SME clients- Follow up clients complaints, and service recovery process.- Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions

- Approve account/counter transactions according to matrix limits.- Monitor on daily basis tellers transactions, ensure that all CSO’s(tellers) are balanced at the end of the day and take the needed corrective actions.- Identify branch cash needs in coordination with CSOs(tellers).- Coach and train staff reporting to SCSCO (Senior teller) to ensure full awareness of bank’s products, services and policies and procedures.- Adhere to Branch Operating Model.- Carry out and task requested by branch manager.

- Execute all counter transactions in an efficient manner.- Handle customers’ requests/inquiries in a professional manner, and refer them to concerned parties whenever needed.- Carry/handle efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevantpolicies and procedures.- Adhere to Branch Operating Model.- Carry out any task requested by branch manager.
