◦ Report to the Manager/Head (Construction Services).◦ Provide Company representation in monitoring and coordinating the site and safety activities.◦ Report on the construction activities, progress, and areas of concern and mitigating actions.◦ Responsible for execution of the job according to the relevant contractor’s latest approved method statement, procedures, specifications, and construction (IFC) drawings. Complete any audit actions by their due date.◦ Prepare for and participate in weekly construction review meetings.◦ Ensure construction work carried out in accordance with Company rules, regulations, standards and permit to work procedures.◦ Review work and inspection results to ensure compliance with Contract requirements. ◦ Develop, establish and implement the QMP, Work packages, Special Procedures, Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Quality Inspection Checklist, Work progress daily reports, RFI reviews & approvals & Non-conformance Report (NCR) monitoring.◦ Experienced in various Non-destructive inspection techniques in accordance with ASME Sec V like Visual inspection, Ultrasonic inspection, Dye Penetrant inspection, Magnetic Particle inspection, etc.◦ Review drawings and materials to check the compliance against client requirements and specific standards.◦ Responsible for implementation of permit to work system, prior to start any activity inside the equipment.◦ Plan and analyse all possible construction methodologies and recommend the best options and execute the works at site based on approval from Project Manager.◦ Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.◦ Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.◦ Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.◦ Plan the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.◦ Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials.◦ Ensure that all mechanical installations are in compliance with the approved contract documents and specifications.◦ Resolutions of field conflicts.
