World Learning is an international NGO working since 1932 to support skill training, education reform, teacher training, workforce development and English language programs in around 60 countries. I joined WL in February 2018 and successfully heading the security department to date with the following major tasks;Overseeing all security risk management matters, Drafting, maintaining and Implementation of WL Safety, Security and Emergency Management Plan (SSEMP) for Pakistan. Development of operational procedures in response to incidents or emergent threats to rapidly address vulnerabilities. Leading and managing the program and country level security personnel. Conducting Security Risk Assessments in response to event-driven needs and, additionally, where evolutions in programming create the requirement. Liaising with all governmental institutions concerned including the intelligence agencies, MOI and military. Ensuring the country level Risk Register (set within the SSEMP and providing the rationalized basis for the security risk management posture of World Learning and measures adopted) remains current and reflective of shifts in the security risk environment and, specifically, as it bears upon the international NGO sector). Providing security orientation briefings to all non-Pakistan staff. Third party Security contract & Guard management. Participating in approved security networks, including those of the international community in Pakistan and, specifically, international NGOs. The rolling review of operational and tactical plans and procedures, ensuring those in use in the field remain continuously fit for purpose. Overseeing the physical security of facilities and premises used by WL and, additionally, private residences of any long term international staff in-country.

Urban Unit is conducting a project for data collection & Geo-mapping of Health Care Establishment in Punjab, including the entire public, private, qualified and unqualified healthcare establishments. I joined UU in July 2015. and successfully completed the project with in the prescribed time and left UU after successful completion.Coordination with provincial & District Govt. LEA’s, as well as with District Managers. Manage Tour Planes for the movement of teams. Security Management of the teams in the field. Fleet management for the movement (Rental and company cars). Event Management. Internal Monitoring and Evaluation for the project. Coordinate and represent for the external verification

The Johanniter International Assistance is an International German Humanitarian Organization and working in Emergency Relief, First Aid Training, Health and Nutrition Sector in Pakistan since Earthquake 2005. The Johanniter was a registered INGO with Economic Affairs Division, Ministry of Statistics and Economic Affairs, Government of Pakistan. It was working in KPK, Punjab and Sindh and its country office was in Islamabad. I Joined JUH in November 2013 and headed its security department till June 2015, and left JUH as their registration was revoked by MOI & they closed their Pakistan office.Development of Security policy & SOP’s, Implementation of Policies and procedures. Security briefings and orientation for international visitors and new staff. Safety drills and staff trainings, Representation at various security forums like UNDSS, UNOCHA and PHF, Coordination with different LEA’s in all the working areas for smooth operations of the mission including intelligence agencies, MOI and provincial Home Departments. Fleet Management. Sport staff management including janitorial services (Pay roll and out sourced staff). Travel planning & Management for international staff & visitors. Overseeing Repair & Maintenance of building, Vehicles, Main and auxiliary power Generators (office and official residencies), Security Guards management and Investigations and Inquiries within the JUH.
