Collect all systems inventory from South, central & north regions. Consolidate & convert this information in to our standard dedicated format & share it with all concerns. (From July 2008 to September 2009).• Manage the maintenance records, information regarding license, warranties and service agreements for the organization's hardware. • Entertain all Pakistan hardware request’s via RMS’s (Request Management System), to assign / provide machines to user, relocate machines from one location to other locations / city.• Arrange transport for any IT related movement within Karachi.• Maintains and manage desktops, Printers, Scanners and laptops along with assets inventories.• Technical support of Client OS of windows XP, 2000 pro and there installation through Ghost Cast Server, and deployment of software on client machines through Radia Server• Provide technical assistance remotely to branch users and support engineers at branches.• Configuration and troubleshooting Microsoft outlook at client side.• Help desk support, user level desktop support, RADIA client support, problem resolving through Tight VNC, Symantec PC Anywhere and Remote Desktop Connection.• Coordinate with other third party vendors.• Support Karachi region branches as well as other outstations and backup support for resident engineers.• Manage conference room.
