• Responsible for planning, coordinating, execution and commissioning activities of piping for material like MS, SS, and GI.. • Ensure coordination with the various departments for the supply of materials from designing to final supply to the sites.• Arrange the meetings with Contractor, Client, & Consultant (NTPC, BHEL, UPRVUNL, and TPL). • Material verification and Fit up inspection as per engineering requirement.• Monitoring daily and weekly progress of fit up, welding, and NDT clearance.• Carrying out the various crossing through HDD, Augar Boring and TBM.• Ensuring the crossing being done as per the profile by carrying out the necessary test like Hydrotest, Meger test etc• Duct testing and hydro-testing of the pipe string and OFC Duct.• Actively participated in all pre and post job reporting including toolbox, safety meetings and JSAs. • Contributed to the provision of solutions to internal interface problems.• Actively participated in the engineering function of Project Tendering. • Give instructions and verbal orders, in order to ensure all clients’ and project requirements are met in a timely and safe manner. • Liaised with client on-site as required to ensure all Project requirements are met.• Recorded operating data required to ensure complete reporting documentation during Pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing phase. • Interpret all Engineering Documentation to ensure works are conducted as required. • Lead and supervise Project teams during operational phase and ensure engineering procedures are being followed correctly and in a safe manner.• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Client’s policies and procedures.• Managed a Team of 12-15 Project Engineer and a Working manpower of more 200Person at a time
