• Analyze Business Requirements, design, develop, test and deliver quality software products in a complex environment. • Creates detailed manual test cases, automation scripts, works with Business Analyst to determine requirements are captured correctly. Works with development team to analyze and resolve defects.• Experience in UI, Database and API testing. Support Production Implementation tasks and post Production deployment validations.• Work with globally located teams on a daily basis.

• Assist QA Leads/managers in planning/developing a test plan which includes regression testing• Supports the application's BAU and DEV/OPS processes and activities.• Actively participate in a self-organized Scrum team where team members work together to determine who does what. • Utilizing Agile delivery framework to support the delivery of quality products that meet client specifications with minimum defects, on-time, and on-budget.Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate test data and prepare it. • Commit Technology programs to Agile delivery framework. • Ensure that technology problems are properly documented, and ensure that software defects are addressed. • Partner with development teams to ensure effective use of methodologies.• Establish and maintain working relationships across all businesses, across IT, and between technology team members. • Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging Agile framework.
