As an EPC contractor, the recruitment, selection and on-boarding procedures must be implemented efficiently and timely in order to fulfill the manpower requirements of the project.Specifically, I am responsible for the following:- Contributing to source suitable CVs using a variety of recruitment methods (i.e. Recruitment websites, agencies, walk-in CVs, newspapers etc.) - Provide induction presentation to new recruits- Search and collect suitable CVs for tendering purposes- Prepare a new Job Description format for every position (500+ positions)- Drafted induction schedule for new recruits and created relevant form- Drafted the Appraisal Form for Recruitment Agencies- Adjusted the Interview Evaluation Form to increase its efficiency during the selection stage

- Identify vacancies and analyse job description- Source suitable candidates based on job description and desired qualifications- Interview candidates to create a well revised shortlist for vacancies- Continuous communication with operations to analyse candidates and select the best one- Continuous communication with recruitment agencies for certain positions that are not easily available in the market

- Ensure smooth operation in terms of satellite signals and resolve any issues that may arise during the Direct to Live (DTL)- Communicate with producers and directors regarding the satellite signals and continuously update them with any changes to the DTL- Create a daily incident report for any dropped DTLs
